The prices quoted for the Stationery items include printed inserts and envelopes For Order of Service this includes a maximum of 4 sides of A5. Any additional pages will incur additional charges. There is also the option of ordering box envelopes.

There is no minimum order and I advise that place your order 4 – 6 months before your Wedding date. I am able to fulfil orders with shorter lead times and will do my utmost to honour all reasonable requests.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total order is required at the time of ordering. The balance is due 6 weeks later. The total order amount must be paid in full before work begins on your stationery.

I aim to complete invitations 9 weeks (for local orders) or 11 weeks (for nationwide orders) before your Wedding date. If you require your invitations before this, you must state this at the time of ordering, otherwise I will automatically schedule the work to be completed 9 weeks before. Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered. These must be signed and returned to me prior to the commencement of your order.

Local orders will be delivered free of charge. Nationwide orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and will incur a charge of £10.00 per delivery. Samples will be charged at standard first class mail.
As your Wedding Stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.

The Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur. This is merely a feature of a genuine handcrafted product.

I will do my utmost to ensure that your Stationery order arrives to you in perfect condition. Any damages during the postal process must be notified to me within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Lusso Bello will not be held responsible for damages which occur during the subsequent individual posting of items. (e.g. when you post your invitations to your guests)
